2.1 Pre-Production Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins without any penalty. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at:

2.2 Post-Production Cancellation

Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may incur charges based on the work completed and materials used. Each case will be evaluated individually.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Defective Products

Rudra Pipes will accept returns for products that are defective or do not meet the agreed specifications. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be in its original condition
  • The defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

3.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team immediately
  2. Provide order number and description of the issue
  3. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  4. Package the product securely with the RAN
  5. Return the product to our facility

3.3 Return Shipping

For defective products, Rudra Pipes will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed for:

  • Defective products that cannot be repaired or replaced
  • Products that do not meet agreed specifications
  • Orders cancelled before production begins
  • Overpayments or billing errors

4.2 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4.3 Refund Amount

The refund amount will be the purchase price minus any applicable charges for:

  • Custom manufacturing costs (if applicable)
  • Return shipping charges (for non-defective returns)
  • Restocking fees (if applicable)

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-made products manufactured to specific customer specifications
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use
  • Products returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Products damaged by external factors (weather, chemicals, etc.)

6. Quality Issues

If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards:

  • Contact us immediately upon discovery
  • Provide photographs of the issue if possible
  • We will investigate and provide a resolution within 48 hours
  • Options may include replacement, repair, or refund

7. Warranty Claims

Products covered under warranty will be handled according to our warranty terms. Warranty claims are separate from return/refund requests and may have different timelines and procedures.
